The Ohio Department of Education and Disability Rights Ohio has received preliminary approval of a settlement in the class-action lawsuit, Doe v. State of Ohio, case number 2:91-cv-00464. The Ohio Department of Education has requested that all Ohio public school districts provide parents with a copy of the Notice of Proposed Class Action Settlement.
