The Board of Education believes in the fullest and best use of the physical facilities of the citizens of the District. Use of the facilities by both school and student-connected activities, as well as by community organizations and groups, is encouraged. The use of school facilities for educational and recreational purposes, public meetings, entertainment, and political meetings by outside agencies is permitted.
NOTE:
The use of buildings and facilities to fulfill the educational objectives of the school shall have preference over all other requests.
Facilities Rental Procedures

Persons and organizations requesting to use Hilliard City Schools’ facilities must provide a certificate of liability insurance, IRS Letter of Determination (proof of non-profit designation), and a completed W-9, if applicable before rental requests can be submitted.
