Special Education Secondary Transition Roadmap

Special Education Secondary Transition Roadmap

During your child’s educational journey, your child will experience many transitions. Starting with the transition from home to preschool and ending with the transition out of high school, each transition has its challenges and opportunities.

Transition planning will be discussed during your child’s IEP meetings. You may also contact your child’s teacher with questions or concerns.

The Secondary Transition Roadmap, developed by the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce may help you with these transitions.
