eFinancePlus/EAC – Scheduled System Maintenance

Monday, July 14 from 3pm – Wednesday, July 16

Due to a scheduled significant system update, the PowerSchool ERP (eFinancePlus) system will be unavailable during the following window of time: Monday, July 14 from 3pm through Wed, July 16.  Both eFinancePlus and Employee Access Center (EAC) will be unavailable during this time.  Please plan accordingly.  Both EAC and eFinancePlus will be available again first thing Thursday, July 17. 

Please note: In accordance with best security practices, following this update, MFA (via Duo) will be required for logging into both EAC and eFinancePlus. This is the same MFA currently used for accessing Hilliard Email.  Also, the URL for accessing both EAC and eFinancePlus will be changing, so any saved Bookmarks will need to be updated accordingly.

Best practice will be to access EAC from https://www.hilliardschools.org/staff/ and eFinancePlus from the HCSD Insider
