NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received by the Hilliard City School District as provided in this notice for Hilliard Davidson Auxiliary Gym Cooling Project. Questions may be directed to and electronic copies of the Contract Documents, which include additional details, are on file and available by contacting Kurt Fansler, Heapy Engineering at kwfansler@heapy.com. This legal notice will also be posted on the Hilliard City School District website.
A PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2025, 8:00 AM at Hilliard City School District Central Office, located at 2140 Atlas Street, Columbus, OH 43228.
Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Hilliard City School District, ATTN: Mark Dudgeon, 2140 Atlas Street, Columbus, OH 43228, and plainly marked on the outside ” Hilliard Davidson Auxiliary Gym Cooling.” Bids will be received until 12:00 p.m., local time Tuesday, February 4, 2025, and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud.
All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Hilliard City School District reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.

The District is soliciting bids for The Partial Roof Restoration of Bradley High School Phase 2 located at Bradley High School 2800 Walker Road Hilliard, Ohio
43026. The scope of work shall consist of but not be limited to: applying a fully reinforced fluid applied roof system over the Phase 2 areas of the existing modified bitumen roof system currently installed on the facility.
A pre bid meeting for interested bidders will be held on February 14, 2025 at 1 PM at the High School. Bids will be due on February 25, 2025 at 4:00 PM.
Bids will be electronically submitted to Garland/DBS per the terms and conditions of the Equalis cooperative purchasing contract.
