Hilliard City Schools has officially transitioned to a new Helpdesk ticketing system this summer. The new interface will look a bit different, but the navigation of the system is more intuitive and easy to use.
Our new Helpdesk ticketing system is now being operated by our FMX Calendar system and will now include all of the following:
District-wide Calendar
showing all room reservations
Technology Requests
where you will enter your requests/issues regarding a number of technology options
Maintenance Requests
where you will enter your requests/issues regarding a number of general maintenance options
