Student / Family Military Affiliation Survey (linked below)

Ohio was the first home of the Purple Star (Military) child, family, educator, school, and community. We recognize the ranks of the Armed Forces in Active Duty, Reserve Duty, and National Guard Uniform. We include the status of the veteran’s family, and siblings attached to service in the Armed Forces. We honor the affiliated civilians, contractors, educators to the bases and installations of the Armed Forces. Each and every Ohio community has committed educators, resources, stakeholders, veterans, and support for those who serve the United States of America and those within the dedicated mission. The Military (Purple Star) child is connected to all which comprises a community, culture & environment. This child is challenged, equal, resilient, and like no other…Ohio will support each and every one.

Hilliard Bradley, Darby and Davidson are proud recipients of the Purple Star. In order for us to maximize our special distinction we are asking you to participate in a voluntary survey – Student/Family Military Identifier — so we can identify and work with your child. Thank you in advance for your participation.
