Collaboration is a key component of coursework at the Innovation Campus. Students exploring exploring careers in teaching and healthcare had an opportunity to team up this week and practice relevant real world skills in their professions. This week, middle school students enrolled in the Intro to Health Professions course presented first aid protocols for a variety of healthcare emergencies including strokes, spider bites, nosebleeds, and jellyfish stings. They presented to peers in the Project Edu program who took on the role of teachers and gave the health students feedback on their skills and presentations.
