Teacher Amanda Schaffer and her Art & Ecology students have teamed up with Empatico.org and Book Creator to host the Earth Day Challenge for all students ages 5-18 years old! Students will learn about climate change, create artwork celebrating the planet, and become part of a community that is dedicated to environmental sustainability and stewardship.
Every year, on April 22nd, people from around the world come together to celebrate Earth Day. The goal of Earth Day is to reflect on how our actions impact the world around us, and consider how we can help protect and restore the environment. This initiative is open to empathetic environmentalists of all ages and levels. Join us in making a difference!
