Scheduling and Registration Info

Registration Information for Students New to the District

Students MUST register with the District Registrar’s Registration Page. Visit the District Curriculum for additional information. Upon completion of registration, the Weaver Guidance Office will contact the parent/guardian to create a schedule and set a start date.

Preparing for the 2024-25 School Year

6th into 7th

  • Middle School Program of Studies – Additionally, see below for videos about electives options.
  • February 15 Weaver Principals and School Counselor will come to Tharp and talk about the Middle School Experience.
  • February 20 Parents only scheduling meeting 6:30 pm in WMS Commons. This presentation will be shared with parents.
  • February 21-22 Guidance to Tharp to introduce the scheduling process to incoming 7th graders and have tentative choices selected in Home Access to discuss with parents.
  • February 21 – March 4 Home Access window is open for students to make changes to elective selections.

  • High School Program of Studies
  • January 24 Davidson counselors meeting with 8th graders during classes to discuss scheduling. Here is their presentation.
  • January 24 Scheduling Parent Meeting will be held at 6:00 pm at Davidson High School
  • January 25 – February 2 Home Access scheduling window is open.
  • January 31 Davidson counselors meeting with students to verify schedules.
