Dear Memorial Families:

Our Jaguar Choir and Orchestra did an outstanding job at their recent concerts—what a fantastic showcase of talent, teamwork, and dedication! We’re so proud of their hard work and the joy they brought to our community through music. Our band will showcase its music on October 22.

As we head into the coming week, we wish our 8th graders safe and fun travels to Washington, D.C., and hope our students staying back enjoy their exciting field trips and special activities here at school.

Have a great week!

Go Jags!

Sincerely,
Mindy Mordarski
Principal

Your Child’s Team of Teachers

At MMS, each student is part of a grade-level team comprised of four core teachers: Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies. These teams are intentionally structured to support both academic success and social-emotional development.

This model allows teachers to collaborate closely, monitor student progress more effectively, and create a more connected and supportive environment. By working together, our teams can build strong relationships with students, personalize instruction, and foster a genuine sense of community and belonging within the school.

We believe that when students feel seen, supported, and part of a team, they are more engaged in learning and more confident in facing challenges. These teams also help us communicate more consistently with families and coordinate student support across subjects.
Here are the CURRENT TEAMS for this year.
