Graduation (Ceremony) Participation Verification
Seniors, please be sure to fill out the above link with your intent to participate in the ceremony at the Schottenstein Center. Use your HILLIARD SCHOOLS EMAIL/ACCOUNT TO ACCESS. There is an option to submit an audio file for pronunciation as well as phonically to spell out your name if that will be helpful for our readers. If for some reason you are not going to participate, this also helps us as we start to plan for the big day on 5/21!
Reminder – Practice the morning before graduation on May 20th is mandatory.
Graduation Cap & Gown
Do you still need to order your cap, gown & tassel unit for graduation? Don’t panic, you still have time to catch up with the group order. For a la carte ordering, click the link below, then scroll down on the Jostens website to locate individual items including the cap, gown & tassel unit.

Tolles Seniors – All tolles seniors should place their cap & gown order under Hilliard Bradley High School with the link below. Tolles seniors will wear their Hilliard Bradley cap, gown, & tassel unit atTolles ceremony.
Columbus State Academic Advisor!
Michelle Miller-Owens, academic advisor, from CSCC will be at Darby on Friday, March 14 from 8:00am – 1:30pm in the guidance office. A signup link will be sent out next week for students to reserve a time to meet with her.
Selective Service
It is federal law that all 18-year-old males register with the Selective Service. Go to: https://www.sss.gov/register/. Note: CCP students who are 18 years old will need to send their Selective Service Number to the college they are taking classes with otherwise they will charge the student “out of state” fees for those classes. If the university is asking for your Selective Service Number, you must send it to them.
Summer Caddy at Scioto Country Club!
- Any student interested in being a caddy at Scioto CC this summer, we will host a meeting for students and parents who are interested on Wednesday, March 12 at 6:00pm in room 200 at Darby. Please contact Jason Dick before the meeting at jdick@sciotocc.com.
- Two of the last three years a Hilliard student earned the Evan’s Scholarship to attend The Ohio State University cost free because of the caddy program at Scioto!

The GIRL’S GOLF TEAM is currently recruiting players for the 2025 golf season that begins July 28, 2025. All skill levels are welcome to join; and you will never be cut from the team. We will teach you the basics or help you improve on your existing swing. Earn your Student Engagement Seal for graduation, meet some new people and have fun on the golf course.
