Boosters & Parent Info
We believe that our strongest asset is the community supporting and uplifting the efforts and our student musicians. As such, parents and families are able and encouraged to get involved in the Hilliard Davidson Band experience by volunteering in a number of ways. No matter what your talents, skills, and interests, we will find something that you can do to contribute to our success.
All parents are welcome to attend our monthly booster meetings that take place on the second Tuesday of the month at 7pm at Davidson High School in the performing arts wing. The exact location rotates based on available rooms. At the bottom of this page is a record of past meeting minutes for public use and perusal.

Concessions
Concessions is our largest fundraiser and requires the most amount of hands. We provide concessions on about 3-4 nights per week during the fall athletics season. If we all do 2-3 shifts within a season, we should be more than set to get all the dates and shifts covered. Please use the following link to signup for shifts. Volunteering
The booster leads listed Before you are able to volunteer with the band in any way, you must first get your volunteering badge through Hilliard Schools.
