Class Cabinet applications are now available for next school year. Class Cabinet is responsible for improving the school climate and morale at Bradley High School. We organize homecoming week activities (Dress-up Days, Powder Puff, Parade, Dance), Beat Darby Week (t-shirt sales, pancake breakfast, pep rally), senior class t-shirts sales, student vs. staff athletic events, prom, graduation, the senior beach party and cookout, and the senior gift (murals, bronze jaguar, victory bell, etc.). SCHOLARSHIP CLUB / FBLA – Did you know that there are scholarships available to freshmen, sophomores and juniors, as well as seniors? Did you know that you do not need to have a 4.0 or be a top athlete to be awarded a scholarship? Check out the scholarship board outside room PA134 (down the engineering hallway). Featured scholarships include: Ocean Awareness Student Contest (deadline: June 19, 2017), Do-Over Scholarship (deadline: June 30, 2017), Writers’ Square Scholarship Program (deadline: June 30, 2017) and the Unigo $10k Scholarship (deadline: December 31, 2017). Congratulations

Congratulations to the Jaguar Varsity Softball team on capturing the District Championship on Saturday, with a 7-6 victory over Pickerington Central. Lexie Hilling grabbed the victory in the circle, and also hit a three-run homerun to help the cause. Aimee Duckworth hit a home run, and Jen Nashalsky belted three hits for the Jags. The Jags will play in the regional semi-finals on Wednesday at Ohio State at 5:00pm.

Congratulations to the following Girls Track Athletes – the 4x200m relay team of Alexis Richards, Cameron Heinton, Alissa Spears and Jenna Trivette who placed this weekend at the District meet. Individual placers for the Jags were CeCe Heard in the 400m, Regan Corea in the 1600m and Alexis Richards in the 200m.

Announcements

There will be a VERY brief meeting for all girls interested in playing tennis in the fall, right after school today. The meeting will last less than 15 minutes and will take place in the commons. All players should plan to attend. If you have camp forms to turn in, please do so then. Coach Long will see you then.
