Cookie Patrol

It is a tradition to provide refreshments to both our own and the visiting band during 3rd quarter following our half time performances.  When your child’s section is named, we ask that you please provide 2 dozen cookies to the band room on either Thursday or Friday of that week, no later than report time for students prior to the game.  Thanks in advance to the team of awesome Cookie Patrol parent volunteers. 

August 18th – West HS: Percussion

August 25th – Grove City: Flutes and Trumpets

September 8th – Darby HS: Trombones, Baritones, Field Commanders

September 22nd – Orange: Clarinets and Mellophones

October 6th – Coffman: Saxophones and Sousaphones

October 13th – Liberty: Color Guard, Mellophones, Field Commanders

Concessions Sign-Ups

This is a huge part of how we raise funds for the band program.  Please consider helping for just 2-3 shifts.  We promise, these shifts are fun and go quickly!  Your contributions are massive and greatly appreciated.

Communication

Please make sure to continue informing us of any and all rehearsal absences.  As always, send that information to Mr. Shultz at luke_shultz@hboe.org  Remember that whenever possible please give advance notice so that we can plan accordingly.

We also have our remind 101 accounts set up.  This is a great way for us to send you quick reminders about report times and other various things.  It is not a good way for you to reach us as we do not usually receive messages back.  Email is definitely the best way to contact one of the directors.
