Report an Absence for your Student
The primary means to report an absence for your student for the 2025-2026 School Year is via the ‘Report an Absence’ form located on the Hilliard City Schools ParentSquare Home Page. ParentSquare is the newly adopted comprehensive Communications platform to help enhance & streamline communications between Hilliard City Schools, parents, students, and the Community. For more information, or to Register for and access ParentSquare, click the ParentSquare button below.
Look for the ‘Report An Absence’ form to be posted on ParentSquare by Aug. 14th.
Note: Effective Aug 1, 2025, Hilliard Schools will no longer use SchoolMessenger/Safe Arrival for School Communications or Reporting of Student Absences. It is recommended you remove the SchoolMessenger/Safe Arrival App from your phone/device.
You are asked to report your child’s absence in advance whenever possible using one of these convenient methods, if you need to fill out a family trip form, click here
