District Artificial Intelligence Task Force

As part of our Strategic Plan, the district has convened an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Task Force that will spend the 2025–2026 school year researching, evaluating, and defining a clear vision and strategic direction for the integration of AI across our schools. The district recognizes that AI is rapidly becoming an essential part of daily life and future careers, and we are committed to preparing our students and staff to thrive in this evolving landscape.

To inform this work, we recently collected feedback from a broad group of stakeholders, including staff, parents, students, and community members. The Task Force is now using this input to develop comprehensive recommendations and implementation plans that will guide the responsible and effective use of AI districtwide.  The Task Force will report it’s findings, vision and goals to the school board in late summer 2026.
