Melissa Klosterman-Lando is a dedicated public education leader with over 25 years of experience empowering staff to create exceptional learning experiences for students. As the Executive Director of Human Resources for Hilliard City Schools, she applies a servant leadership philosophy to guide human capital strategy, staff development, and equitable practices. Her career spans leadership roles in Hilliard, Bexley, and Dublin City Schools, with experience as a principal, assistant principal, special education coordinator, and educator. Melissa’s expertise includes staff well-being, restorative practices, and mental health support. A recognized community leader, she serves on the ADAMH Board of Trustees, mentors new administrators, and was named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Ohio in 2022.
