News & Info

Hilliard Bradley hosted students from all three high schools for an HBCU (Historically Black College/ University) panel discussion. Six HBCU alumni spoke to over 60 students from all three high schools about their experiences in attending an HBCU. Alumni from Howard University, Meharry Medical College, Kentucky State University, and Spellman spoke to the students about how they chose a college and why they chose to attend an HBCU. Students were given the opportunity to ask questions and build connections with the alumni. Students were encouraged and empowered to think of the possibilities after graduation.

Good Afternoon Jaguar Families,

Next Tuesday, February 28th, Jaguar A Cappella will host their Winter Concert in the Performing Arts Center beginning at 7:00pm.

On Wednesday, March 8th, from 7:40am to 12:00pm, we will administer the PSAT10 to all Sophomores students. Students that are not taking the PSAT10 will arrive at school as normally scheduled with no change to their schedules.

Friday, March 10th, our college counselor, Mr. Woodford and his team will be holding a SAT bootcamp from 8am-12:00pm for all Junior students in the Performing Arts Center. We are excited to provide this opportunity to all of our Juniors as we prepare to administer the SAT test in April. No registration is necessary.

Hilliard Bradley High School plans on holding Ohio State Test tutoring sessions for both the English Language Arts (ELA) II and Algebra 1 assessment. Passing the state test for both ELA II and Algebra 1 is a graduation requirement for all students in the state of Ohio. The tutoring sessions will incorporate test practice questions, test taking tips, and insight on what to expect on test day. The technology-based interactive questions are unique to the state test and any prior exposure to these types of assessments can help improve student achievement. Tutoring sessions will run from 2:45pm to 4:00pm on the following dates and locations. Tutoring dates and locations

Finally, our students will be participating in events all across central Ohio this weekend. Good luck to our wrestlers, cheerleaders, gymnasts, hockey and basketball teams as they compete in postseason play.

Have a great weekend and Go Jags!
