KAP (formally known as SCAP) Students
If you are a current KAP student: When requesting a transcript after May 1st and before June 15th, you MUST mark “hold for grades”. If not, the system will immediately send your transcript and your final grades may not be posted. This will require you to then re-order your transcript at an additional cost to you once the grades have been posted. After June 15th, do not mark “hold for grades”.

This information is for those ordering a transcript and paying by credit card or to request an electronic version of your transcript.
The Registrar’s Office has partnered with SCRIP-SAFE for Transcripts on Demand.
Federal law requires your signature in order to release academic records. The first time you use this service you MUST create an account and complete and sign a consent form and return it, as directed before your initial request will be processed. The signed consent form remains on file with SCRIP-SAFE Transcripts on Demand as approval for your future Kenyon College transcript requests.
You will be asked to provide your name as it was when you were enrolled. Please do not use your married name unless you were married when you attended.
You will be asked for your student ID number or the last four digits of your social security number. Your student ID number works the best. Please contact our office at 740-427-5122 to find out what it is if you do not remember. You will only need to do this once to create your account.
Secure payment is via credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa). The cost is $5.00 per transcript copy, plus an additional $3.00 processing fee per address charged by SCRIP-SAFE Transcripts on Demand.
Current Students: Pay by Cash, Check or Money Order
This information is for current students ordering a transcript and paying by cash, check, money order, or with your student account. Transcript requests are processed within three to four working days of receipt. Please plan ahead. There is a $5 charge per copy.
If you need an electronic version of your transcript, you must use the credit card payment option.
To request by mail:

USPS Express Mail is available at an additional cost. If you would like to use express mail, please indicate it in the special instructions on the transcript request form.
To process your transcript request, your signature is required. Federal law requires that we have your signature to release your records. Please be sure to fully complete the form. Transcript requests with no signature are destroyed after 30 days.

- Typically, transcripts should be mailed directly from the Registrar’s Office directly to the intended recipient; many recipients will not accept one that has passed through other hands.
- Kenyon College reserves the right to restrict transcript service for those who violate the integrity of their Kenyon record.
