Cancer Awareness Month: The Panther Ambassadors will be promoting CANCER Awareness for the month of October.
Get ready! Everyone please wear pink Friday, Oct. 6th and we will even have an “Extreme Pink” contest where you can win prizes for wearing the best pink outfit! We are also honored to pay tribute to Ms. Ashli Jasper, a cancer survivor. Her positive determination and resiliency are a great role model for all of us!
SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR – OCTOBER 9 – 13
The Scholastic Book Fair is coming to Heritage Middle School October 9 -13!!
Students can shop in person at the Fair throughout the school days that week in the Media Center; in addition, the Fair will be open before and after the Choir and Orchestra concerts on October 10 and 12 . NJHS: Attention 8th Graders: Are you dedicated to academic excellence? Are you involved in clubs, organizations and sports at HMS? Do you spend your free time volunteering in your community? Are you a leader in your school and community? If this sounds like you, then you may be eligible to apply to the National Junior Honor Society. SPORTS:
Cheer: If you intend on trying out for cheer for the 2023-2024 winter season, please scan the QR codes that are hanging around the building. We will have open gyms on October 10th and 12th from 3-4pm in the main gym. See Coach K in room 205 if you have any questions!
The Heritage 8th Grade Football Team lost in a B game to Weaver Saturday morning. Leading the way was Easton Showalter and Max Williams. The boys are in action Wednesday night at 7 pm under the lights at Bradley High School vs. and undefeated Memorial team. Good luck guys!!
The Heritage Gymnastics Team competed against Hilliard Memorial, Hilliard Weaver, Olentangy Berkshire, Olentangy Shanahan, and Tri Valley on Saturday. Great performances were made by Sophia Kremmes on floor and Addison Peters on vault. Sydney Khosrowshahi placed 10th on floor. Great job girls!!
