Happy Birthday: Faith Pennell, Owen Friend

The Boy’s Soccer Team played their first end of the season tournament game against Groveport Madison. The Panthers were victorious, scoring a goal with 30 seconds left in overtime. Roshan Ayanampudi said “MINE,” and curled the ball around the goalie with his left foot. The defense was stout, lead by Kole Hyder and Tyler Tripp.

The Panthers take on Worthington Christian tonight at 7:30.

Happy Birthday: Mr. Sebastian, Mitchell Morris

The Boys and Girls Cross Country Teams competed in the prestigious Midwest Meet of Champions meet at Bradley last Saturday. Both teams rose to the occasion and produced new personal best times. The Panthers will travel to Bradley again today for their final dual meet with Memorial. Go Panthers!

Happy Birthday: Aidan Crockett

The Heritage Gymnastics Team placed 1st in their meet versus Memorial, Weaver, Big Walnut, and Olentangy Berlin. Great performances were made by Shawnye Angel on floor, Analise Tripp on bars, and Tarah Wojnarowski on vault. Henna Burnham placed 5th on bars and floor. Addie Watson placed 5th on vault and 3rd on bars. Maddie Spurrier placed 6th on vault, 4th on bars, 3rd on beam, and 4th in the all-around. Great job girls!!

Embrace, Empower, Inspire Award

We would like to announce a new staff appreciation award that will be given to Hilliard City School employees. The Embrace, Empower & Inspire Award will be presented throughout the school year to staff members who exemplify the values of the Hilliard City Schools and make exceptional contributions to our district. These staff members demonstrate the Hilliard Way by making a difference every day, investing time in others, and pursuing excellence.

Happy Weekend Birthdays: Miguel Reyes Bolanos

The Heritage Boys and Girls Golf Teams wrapped up their season by winning the Hilliard Cup last night at Heritage Golf Club. This is the 4th annual season ending event against Memorial and Weaver. The Panthers shot the low score of 189 with Memorial and Weaver coming in at 221 and 223 respectively. Scores counting for Heritage were Jensen Webb. 43, Caroline Donato 47, Brielle Starnes 49, and Niko Caleodis 50. Congratulations to all players on a great season. Go Panthers!

Heritage Girls Tennis played Hastings Middle School Thursday night The netters fought hard but lost 0-5. The girls will play Pickerington Lakeview at Darby on Wednesday. Best of luck netters!!
