The 7^th grade basketball team beat Dublin Eversole 37-34 in overtime last night. It was a great defensive effort led by Maddox Hart and Johnathon Clifton. Zavier Hunter and Amir Keita led the effort offensively.

Please remind students to check lost and found prior to Thursday. We will be bagging and donating all that is left on Thursday.

CROCHET CLUB has been cancelled this week.  We will meet again on January 9th!

The Career Exploration Classes are participating in a service project to benefit our Heritage family. We are collecting new hats & gloves, unopened travel size toiletries such as shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste and toothbrushes, and non-perishable food items for the Heritage food pantry. Check out the display in the Media Center for ideas.

National Junior Honor Society: Attention all 8th graders applying to NJHS this academic school year. Applications are available on the HMS webpage as well as on flyers throughout the school. Applications are due by Friday, January 10th at 2:50pm. We will hold an optional informational help session on Thursday, December 12th at 7:40am in Mrs. Geoit’s room (206). If you have any questions regarding the application, please bring them to this optional help session.
