Special Education

The special education department is committed to supporting every student’s unique learning needs. Our goal is to provide students with specially designed instruction, real-world learning opportunities, accommodations, and access to the curriculum—helping them build the skills they need for future success. We believe every child can learn, and we tailor our support to meet their needs in the most inclusive setting possible. Our dedicated intervention specialists, intervention assistants, and related service providers work closely with classroom teachers and school staff to provide a supportive and collaborative learning environment. Hilliard City Schools follows all state and federal requirements to provide a free and appropriate education for students.
