We are excited to have you join our Online Academy team for the 2025-2026 school year! Registration will begin on January 25,2025The Online Academy Intent and Course Selection form for the 2025-2026 school year will close on Friday, February 21 @ 11:59 p.m.
Before You Begin
The Online Academy Intent and Course form must be completed by or with a parent/guardian for students selecting the Full-time or Half-time options.
Please begin your intent and course selection process by reviewing all of the pages on this Online Academy website.
By completing the form, you are making a year-long commitment in the Online Academy for the 2025-2026 school year.
1. Your student’s accurate ID number (lunch number).
2. Your student’s OA Pin, which can be found in Home Access.
If you need help with your ID Number or OA Pin, Please contact your School Office for assistance.
At the high school level, students have three options:
Option 1: FULL TIME through the Online Academy (At least 5 courses with a minimum of 3 online courses) Please note: full-time students will have the Online Academy listed on their transcript.
Option 2: HALF TIME through the Online Academy (3 online courses; 3+ courses elsewhere*) Half-time students must take the majority of their classes outside of the Online Academy.
Option 3: A La Carte (1-2 online courses while taking 5-7 courses elsewhere*) A La Carte students must take the majority of their classes outside of the Online Academy.
* Elsewhere includes the student’s home school, Tolles, the Innovation Campus, or through the College Credit Plus program.
ONLINE ACADEMY INTENT & COURSE SELECTION DEADLINE
The deadline to complete this form is FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
Once you submit the Intent and Course Selection form, you will be able to log back in to make changes to your registration
(course selection changes or return to home building) until the deadline of February 21.
After that date, you will be committing to your student’s learning location for the 2025-2026 school year.
