Thanks to everyone who has participated in Hope Squad Spirit Week so far! Today is Thoughtful Thursday—wear your coziest comfy clothes and stop by at lunch for hot chocolate! Tomorrow is the last day of HOPE Spirit Week—Friendship Friday! Grab a friend and coordinate matching outfits.

Attention Spanish Club – our annual Piñata Spanish Club will meet today, Dec. 11th after school in the Commons. Please check the TVs around the school or the Spanish Club instagram to sign up to let us know if you’re coming! We look forward to celebrating! All are welcome!

Knitting & Crochet Club has been rescheduled! We will meet today after school in room 105. Beginners are welcome! If you have your own yarn and hooks/needles, please bring them. A limited amount of supplies will be available to borrow for anyone who wants to try it out. See Ms Knepper with questions. 

Asian Youth Alliance will have our December meeting today, the 11th in room 253. Hope to see you there!

Join the orchestra program tonight at their holiday concert! All four groups have prepared fun music to get everyone in the holiday spirit, including an exciting trilogy song and special guests from the Weaver Middle School orchestras and narrations from our district’s fine art’s director Dr. Scholl! We also invite you to Graeter’s ice cream after the concert for a fundraiser hosted by the orchestra! Be there or be square!

Bring $1 for the Life Skills Brownie Sale tomorrow in the commons during lunch periods!

Don’t forget—this week is HOPE Week! Today is Wellness Wednesday! Wear BRIGHT colors to show your support for wellness and positive vibes all day long!

The Future of Medicine Club will be hosting a recharging day today! Join us for a fun break before exams, where we’ll have games, a movie, and plenty of snacks. Come unwind and enjoy some time with friends before studying hard for exams. Also feel free to participate in making decorative medical fun fact snowflakes!

Join the Davidson Orchestra program for their annual holiday concert tomorrow at 7 PM! All four orchestras have prepared fun Christmas classics and some of our Weaver Middle School bassists will be joining for their own special song! Concessions will be available and there is an ice cream fundraiser afterwards!

“The Hilliard Davidson swim team is having fundraiser tonight at Chipotle in Mill Run from 5-9. Show them the flyer that is on Instagram at the checkout!

Tonight is the first home game for the Wildcat boys’ basketball team. The games begin at 4:30 with the JV B team, followed by the JV A at 6:00, with the varsity game beginning at 7:30. Come out to support the Cats as they take on Dublin Jerome. 

Baking club will be hosting its next meeting today right after school. If you would like to decorate christmas cookies with us, bring $5 and join us in room 121. 

Please join us at our rescheduled Engineering Club Meeting after school today in room 147. We will have a guest speaker from Honda joining us.

Join Art Club for Cocoa and Canvas after school today in Room 127. We’ll have hot chocolate and mini canvas magnets to paint.

Hope Week is upon us! Get in the right mindset to crush your exams by participating in our HOPE week themes and challenges each day. Today, is mindset Monday so please stop down during your lunch and write out some positive messages. Tuesday will be “Tunes Tuesday” wear some concert merch and be ready to “name that tune” throughout the day. Be sure to check out the announcement boards throughout the school for further information about our HOPE squad spirit week.

SENIORS! Your yearbook photos are due TODAY- December 5th. You can check requirements and submit your photo in the Class of 2026 canvas course underneath the Yearbook module. If you have any questions, see Erin O’Grady or Miss Mowery in room 240.
