WALK-A-THON To Take Place on Friday, Oct 7th 2022

WALK-A-THON

Friday, October 7th is our annual Walk-A-Thon (rain date 14th).  As a school, we will walk over to Bradley High School and enJOY walking the track together.  This is a wonderful fundraiser and ALL the proceeds come directly back to Brown. 

During this time, we play music over the loudspeakers and walk, jog, skip and dance around the track.  Our students LOVE seeing their high school heroes as several football players, cheerleaders, and band members come out to join in the fun.   Please watch the weather forecast that day and dress your child appropriately for being outside.  

This year we would like to give students an opportunity to dedicate their laps around the track during the walk-a-thon. The dedication can be towards the memory of a loved one, victims of the hurricane or any other cause or person that is important to them.  If your student would like to dedicate a lap, please email Mrs. Miller, kate_miller@hboe.org no later than Thursday afternoon.
