CREW APPLICATIONS ARE CLOSED! We are 110% full. If you have received an acceptance email by September 9, you are in! If not, you will be receiving your checks back. Thank you for your interest! We are lucky to have SO many kids who want to participate. Please remember to reach out to your drama teacher at your own middle school to see if you might be able to help with their play in the spring.

Deadline for applications is September 22nd. Applications will be considered on a first-come-first-served basis. We will need 10-13 crew members to run this show.

3:00 – 6:10PM – typical rehearsal – Crew is the last out of the door, once all is put away and organized.
Location: Station Auditorium
Students will meet Mrs. Grubbs and cast in the auditorium.
Parents should pick students up between Station and Hub in the parking lot. Students will exit through
Door D 16.
Cost: $30 – (checks made payable to Hilliard 678 Musical Boosters)
This group of students will learn to run all aspects of the musical “Lion King”. Jobs will include running the sound board, microphones, costume organization, lighting, scenery, props, and special effects!
You’ll be busy and it will be fun! Maximum 13 students.

All rehearsals will be held from 3:00 – 5:30 PM unless otherwise specified. *Some additional rehearsals will be required dancers.
All rehearsals will be held on the Station stage unless noted or space is unavailable. Students are to meet Mrs. Grubbs in the auditorium for attendance before each rehearsal. Parents should pick up in the parking lot door D 16 at 5:30 p.m.
