School Meal Price Adjustment for 2026-2027

The Board of Education has approved a small increase in school meal prices beginning with the 2026-2027 school year. Breakfast prices districtwide will increase from $1.25 to $1.50, and elementary lunch prices will increase from $2.50 to $2.75.

The district has worked to keep meal prices affordable for families. Elementary lunch prices have not increased since 2012, and breakfast prices have remained unchanged for many years. Even with this adjustment, Hilliard Schools will continue to offer some of the lowest meal prices in Central Ohio.

The increase will help offset rising food and supply costs, including food inflation in the Midwest that is approaching 4%.
