Registration Information for Students New to the District
Students MUST register with the District Registrar’s Registration Page. Visit the District Curriculum page for additional information. Upon completion of registration, the Weaver Guidance Office will contact the parent/guardian to create a schedule and set a start date.

- February 17, 2026 Weaver Principals and School Counselor will come to Tharp and talk about the Middle School Experience.
- February 18, 2026 Counselor will be at Tharp all day to schedule with students.
- February 19, 2026 Parents only scheduling meeting 6:30-7:30 pm at Weaver Middle School.
- February 17 through 27, 2026 Home Access window is open for students to make changes to elective selections.

- January 20, 2026 Davidson counselors will be meeting with all 8th grade students at Weaver during their social studies class to give general information, then return to verify they have signed up for enough credits.
- January 20 through February 6, 2026 Home Access scheduling window is open.
- January 21, 2026 Scheduling Parent Meeting to be held in the Davidson High School PAC at 7:00pm.
- January 29, 2026 Davidson counselors will return to Weaver to finalize schedules with students.
