8th Grade Washington D.C. Trip
October 13 – October 16, 2025
It is time to start planning for next year’s 8th grade Washington, DC trip! Current 7th graders will have the opportunity to attend next year from October 13-16, 2025. The three Hilliard Middle Schools will be traveling during the same timeframe.

Please see the links below for more information about our trip to Washington DC. A non-refundable deposit of $150 per student is due to Prodigy Student Travel by Friday, April 25, 2025.
- All parents need to visit prodigystudenttravel.com to register their student. The deposit can be made at this website as well.
- Parent letter, passcode sheet, and sample itinerary – Information for parents about the trip, Prodigy account creation information (including the Memorial specific “code” needed for registration), and a sample itinerary.
Washington D.C. 8th Grade Partial Scholarship
