Scheduling Updates
Welcome to the start of the new school year! We are so excited to kick things off and cannot wait to see your student the first week of school!
As we prepare to welcome our Jaguars back to the building, our counseling team has been working hard to finalize student schedules. Our primary goal is to ensure every student has a balanced, complete, and academically appropriate schedule on day one.
Because our master schedule is created based on class capacity, staffing availability, and the need to balance class sizes across the building, our ability to make adjustments is highly limited. To help us maintain an environment with optimal class sizes for learning, please review our schedule change policy:
- 5-Day Window: All schedule change requests must be submitted within the first five (5) days of the school year.
- Academic Focus Only: Changes are restricted to essential academic needs, such as missing a graduation requirement or an incorrect course placement.
- Restricted Changes: We cannot accommodate requests to switch teachers, change lunch periods, or move classes to be with friends.
- Google Doc Priority: We are prioritizing all schedule changes digitally. Students must submit their requests through our official Google Doc, links below.
We appreciate your partnership and understanding in helping us create a smooth, stable, and successful start to the school year for all of our students.
