Video Announcements

  1. All students need to update their iPads to the latest operating system. Please go to Settings and update your iPad’s software.
  2. TED-Ed Club: this Tuesday, Feb. 5 will be our last official meeting! For those still needing to record your talk, please come ready. We’ll have snacks and celebrate your hard work. The meeting will end at 3:30.
  3. We will be having a short, informational meeting of the Drama Department’s Tech Club after school on Wednesday, February 16 from 2:50-3:30 in the cafeteria.  All those students wanting to help out please plan to attend. We will start building the sets for the school play next week. Once again, we will be having a short, informational meeting of the Drama Department’s Tech Club after school on Wednesday, February 6 from 2:50-3:30 in the cafeteria.
  4. Does the idea of dancing during live musical performances at football games, learning elements of basic gymnastics, spinning colorful and fun equipment, and drawing inspiration from musical theatre all wrapped up into one performance sound like fun?   Then the Award Winning Wildcat Color Guard invites you to attend their 2019-2020 season clinic series beginning February 7th from 3-5pm, in the Davidson Band room. Sports

  1. The eighth grade girls basketball team won their eighth game of the season defeating Dublin Sells 35-29.  Riley Hall and Kiersten Cashell led the way with 10 points each. The Lady Cats play their final game tonight at 6:30 at Memorial Middle School.  
  2. The Weaver wrestling team finished their season placing 3rd at the Pickerington “Eye of the Tiger Tournament” on Saturday.  Wyatt Sherer, Nick Badjic, Josh Henderson, & Richard Lawrence earned 2nd place finishes; Hawkins Marihugh & Lance Jelen placed 3rd; Curtis Templin, Dominic Kroninger, & Kareem Elwawi finished in 4th; George Monroe placed 5th; Oliver Conley & Adam Jashan finished in 6th place; Ethan Riegel & Lane Sowers earned 7th place finishes.  Congratulations on a great season wildcats!
  3. Are you interested in playing softball this spring at Weaver Middle School?  There will be an informational meeting Wednesday February 13th at 3:00 after school.  This meeting will last about 15 to 20 minutes.  Information regarding try-outs will be discussed at the meeting.  If you cannot attend the meeting, see Coach Baker in room 207 or Coach Bell in room 243 or at lunch.  Try-outs will be the week of February 25th in the main gym from 3-5.
