On Tuesday, the Cats Boys’ Soccer team beat Grandview Middle School by a score of 2 to 0. Connor North and Hudson McConnell each scored a goal. The Boys finished the regular season undefeated with 11 wins and 2 ties, and will play in the postseason tournament next week. Best of luck Boys!
Good Luck to the gymnasts at their meet this Saturday! And good luck as well at the District Gymnastics Meet on Monday after school.
Congratulations to Brody Boyd for tying the 2 mile school record this past Saturday. Brody ran a time of 10:43 at the Bradley Midwest Meet of Champions. Brody has 2 more meets to try and make this record all his own. Good luck on reaching that goal, Brody!
WMS Girls Interested in Playing Basketball… Reminder, there will be open gym on Monday night at Davidson from 7:30 to 9:00.
The Weaver Girls Tennis Team finished their season strong against Olentangy C. Aashini Patel & Bridget Scott played many deuce games, but came up short in a tiebreaker. Hannah Blasko & Irie Gillilan played a marathon match with completing one game after 10 deuces, to finally win the match after 2 hours. Thanks for a great season! The 7th grade football team lost a close game to Dublin Sells Wednesday night 14-6. Scoring for the Cats was Drew Remlinger on a touchdown run. The Wildcats finish their season Monday at Marysville Bunsold. Great job cheerleaders and Go Cats!
The Weaver Ski & Board Club informational meeting will be Wednesday, October 9 at 7:00 PM in the Weaver Commons. No experience is needed! Come learn to ski and board!
