Hilliard City Schools Wellness / Onsite Class Schedule

August 31, 2020 to December 17, 2020 (No classes September 7th,  Oct. 15th, Nov. 25-27th)

All classes will be offered at Weaver Middle School outside (parking lot near track).  If there is inclement weather, classes will be cancelled. Rule of thumb is that if there is no school, there will be no class.

Onsite Fitness Class Request Form

If you wish to hold a class at your building, please fill out the form linked below. You need at least 10 committed employees from the district to hold and keep a class on the schedule.

Cost for this session is $30 for a 10 class pass or $50 for unlimited classes. Fall session is 16 weeks! If school is closed for any reason, including holidays, classes will be not be held. Rule of thumb is: No school, no classes. 

Class Descriptions

Renew, Refresh, Recharge
A class designed to give you a total body workout in only one hour. Classes will combine cardiovascular and strength exercises and will use a variety of equipment (dumbbells, bands, body weight, etc.). Modifications will always be given and all levels are encouraged and welcome to attend.

Core & Cardio

The name says it all! Come for a high energy, sweaty, 45 minutes blast of cardio and core. We will focus on the abs, back and glutes, as well as lots of cardio. As always, modifications are available and this class is suitable for all levels! We recommend that you bring a mat.

Foundations
The classes are designed for people who don’t know where or how to begin exercising, and will combine many aspects of fitness: strength, flexibility and balance.  If you are tired of the way you look and feel and are ready to take that first step to create a healthier way of living then these classes are just right for you! Any fitness level is welcome.

Firm & Burn
This toning class is an absolute game changer for your body. You will squeeze, pulse, pinch, hold, and shake during every minute of this class, and your body will thank you for it. So If you are looking to tighten, tone, & cinch your physique, come and get it. This class is more about light weights with high repetitions and we use unique moves to burn and lean your muscles, placing them high and making them tight! Non-impact, no cardio.

Yoga
A class designed to help relax you, improve flexibility and balance, as well as build strength while stretching. A must-have on your weekly schedule. Yoga is for everyone, regardless of fitness level, age, ability, etc. You won’t want to miss this class!

Firm & Flow

This new class in a mix between Yoga and Firm & Burn. It will incorporate yoga like movements while using weights. You will work on improving flexibility, balance, and strength.
