Students in the fifth grade Bridge Math Course took time at the end of the school year to create projects about their learning. Teacher Jodie Bailey says, “We have played several quiz games, which gave students the opportunity to check their work before sharing it with others. Having incorrect answers on the quiz may be frustrating for some of the competitive players in our class, but it gives them a chance to learn through play.”
Demonstrating year long learning is more than just a test; it’s a chance for students to prove their comprehension through a more rigorous and thought out project. This prepares students for the next steps in life as they become Ready for Tomorrow. You can watch some of the class videos below.
