Spectators for Fall Sports

In accordance with Governor DeWine’s announcement on Tuesday, August 18th, the Ohio Department of Health, the Ohio High School Athletic Association, the Ohio Capital Conference, and the Hilliard City School District has developed the following plan for spectators at our fall athletic events for the 2020 season. While we are all excited to bring our athletes and coaches back together to compete, we want to do so in the safest manner possible to ensure their well-being.

General Information:

  • All ticket sales will be done online at Local Level Events (https://www.locallevelevents.com/events/home)
  • The OCC has set the price of $7.00 per high school ticket plus a surcharge fee.  Tickets will be $5.00, plus a surcharge fee for stand-alone, JV, Freshmen, and Middle School events.
  • There will be no General Admission sales
  • There will be no passes (family, staff, student, senior citizen, etc.)
  • Head coaches and Marching Band Directors will provide a designated link for their respective teams/bands to purchase tickets for a specific game/contest
  • Ticket sales will be limited to a player’s family only
  • All spectators will be required to wear a face-covering at all times
  • All spectators will be required to maintain 6 feet of social distancing
  • Gates will open 1 hour prior to game start for football and 30 minutes prior to game start for all other sports
  • No spectators will be permitted to gather on the perimeter of the fence during games
  • Media will be limited to Channel 4, 6, and 10; This Week News; the School Newspaper/Yearbook; and one designated team photographer with permission from the Athletic Department prior to contest
  • No Tailgating will be allowed

Boys/Girls Cross Country:

  • All spectators will be required to wear a face-covering at all times
  • All spectators will be required to maintain 6 feet of social distancing
  • Head coaches will provide links to purchase tickets to their athletes’ families

Football/Cheerleading/Marching Band:

  • All spectators will be required to wear a face-covering at all times
  • All spectators will be required to maintain 6 feet of social distancing
  • Head coaches will provide links to purchase tickets to their athletes’ families
  • Varsity Football Games: tickets will be limited to 4 tickets for families of Senior athletes and 2 tickets for families of Junior & Sophomore athletes.
  • **For Senior Nights ticket amounts may vary for Football, Cheer, and Band
  • JV/Freshman Football Games: families of athletes can purchase up to 8 tickets
  • All high school stadiums will be limited to 525 HOME tickets and 225 VISITOR tickets.

Boys/Girls Golf:

  • All spectators will be required to wear a face-covering at all times
  • All spectators will be required to maintain 6 feet of social distancing
  • All spectators will be required to follow the rules established by the golf course

Boys/Girls Soccer:

  • All spectators will be required to wear a face-covering at all times
  • All spectators will be required to maintain 6 feet of social distancing
  • Head coaches will provide links to purchase tickets to their athlete’s families
  • Families of soccer athletes can purchase up to 8 tickets for their student’s game

Girls Tennis:

  • All spectators will be required to wear a face-covering at all times
  • All spectators will be required to maintain 6 feet of social distancing

Girls Volleyball:

  • All spectators will be required to wear a face-covering at all times
  • All spectators will be required to maintain 6 feet of social distancing
  • Head coaches will provide links to purchase tickets to their athletes’ families
  • Varsity/JV Volleyball: families of athletes can purchase up to 6 tickets for their student’s game
  • Freshman Volleyball: families of athletes can purchase up to 2 tickets for their student’s game
