Tutor.com offers a 24\/7 tutoring service for students of all ages. Students can meet with a tutor or upload essays for review at any time. Best of all, this service is free for military families! Signing up is quick and easy at:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/military.tutor.com\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">military.tutor.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>ASVAB<\/h3>\n<p>Explore your interests. Identify your strengths. Expand your horizons. Participate in the ASVAB Career Exploration Program. Whether you\u2019re planning on college, a technical school, the military, or you\u2019re just not sure yet, the ASVAB Career Exploration Program can put you on the right path toward a satisfying career. Understanding your skills and interests will help you make the best decisions about your future. Regardless of your plans after high school, the ASVAB CEP helps you make a plan to achieve your goals. It\u2019s free! The ASVAB will be offered on Monday, November 22nd at 7:30. Stop in the Guidance Office to sign up or see Mrs. Mongolier with any questions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.asvabprogram.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">asvabprogram.com<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Register for the Selective Service!!<\/h3>\n<p>All 18-year-old men must register for the Selective Service within 30 days of their birthday. It is the law, plus you cannot qualify for federal student loans or grants for college, job training benefits, and many state and federal jobs. Go to\u00a0www.sss.gov\u00a0to register!<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Exploring Post<\/h3>\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ohexploring.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Exploring Post<\/a>\u00a0Program offers career mentoring workshops for high school men and women between the ages of 14 \u2013 20. Students who participate in this program will receive exciting hands-on experiences related to careers in art, aviation, broadcasting, engineering, fire and law enforcement, medicine, vet medicine, and other career fields. This program also can be used in conjunction with the Hilliard Mentorship program. Looks good on college applications and resumes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Upcoming Open Houses:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Last spring a survey was conducted by the Exploring Program through the Simon Kenton Council to provide a summary of what careers are students were interested in pursuing after graduation.\u00a0 This is a free service that is supported by local businesses in the Columbus area.
