Want to eradicate diseases, become a gem merchant, rule over a kingdom of bunnies, or lobby against fascism? Come to the Davidson Board Game club’s next meeting tomorrow, Thursday after school in room 228. All are welcome, see Mr. Kuch or Mr. George for details.

Subscriptions are only 5 dollars. Look for posters around the school to sign up. Individual copies are also for sale in the school store for 2 dollars cash. This is the last day for a parent to email or to drop a note if you will be leaving school early tomorrow. No emails or notes will be accepted the day before the long weekend.

Attention Seniors: AXA Financial group is offering a scholarship the AXA Achievement Scholarship. This scholarship offers college scholarships of $2,500, $10,000 and $25,000 to high school seniors who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in their activities in school, the community or the workplace. Hey Students, bring your money tomorrow, Thursday so you can buy a yummy smoothie from PULP. This helps our the New Student Mentor Club.

There will be a West Point Admissions Officer in the Columbus area on Saturday, October 19th. If you are interested in attending a presentation on the West Point application process and what life is like for a cadet please see Mrs. Mongolier in the Guidance Office for more information.

On October 23rd, we are asking everyone to wear GOLD to support Pediatric Cancer Awareness! For this great cause, Student Council is selling “Hilliard Goes Gold for Pediatric Cancer” shirts. All proceeds from these shirts go towards Pediatric Cancer research. The last day you can purchase a shirt is TODAY! Forms to purchase a shirt can be found in the Guidance Office. Let’s gold out Davidson on the 23rd!

Seniors: It’s time to start turning in those senior pictures! The final deadline is December 6th. Turn in your CD, flash drive, or hard copy to the senior picture box in the main office. Please note: Pictures cannot be submitted by email.


Gymnastics Pre-Season Conditioning is from 4:30-5:45 in the Hilliard Davidson Wrestling room.
Conditioning will continue on Mondays and Wednesdays through October 30th. 4:30-5:45 each day. This is not required – but strongly encouraged if you plan to tryout for the Gymnastics team. Go to for more information about the program.

Your Hilliard Davidson cheerleaders are selling long sleeved Crush Coffman T-shirts this week during lunch. T-shirts will be $15 and you can pay with cash, check payable to Pom Paws, Venmo, or Zelle. There is a limited supply, sizes small through XL, so get yours early and don’t miss out!!

Swim Team Parent and Athlete Information Meeting will be Thursday, October 17, 2019 from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Davidson High School Commons. Be sure to make this meeting to get all your questions answered about participating on the Davidson High School Swim Team this season.

Presale Varsity Football tickets will be on sale this week in the Davidson High School Athletic Office for Hilliard Davidson vs. Dublin Coffman this Friday (10/18/19) at Davidson. Davidson presale times will be Wednesday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. & 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. plus Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Remember that there is no school Friday and there will be no presale on Friday.) Prices are $5.00 for Students and $7.00 for Adults. As always…………………GO CATS!
