A special message from the guidance department-

-The Attendance Challenge is back for 4th quarter! This quarter will be very similar to the quarter 2 attendance challenge. Teams will be split by grade level.

-Attendance data is being collected from March 11th through May 11th and the winning class will be rewarded with… an ice cream party!

-Be on the lookout for weekly updates on Canvas to stay up to date on which class is in the lead.

The winning team will have their ice cream party the week of May 13th.

WILDCATS! Do you want to be a leader at Davidson? Help plan school-wide events like Homecoming, Variety Show, and Prom? If so, apply to be a member of Davidson’s 2024-2025 Student Council! The application is now available in your “class of” canvas course under Clubs. Applications and teacher recommendations are due by Friday, March 22nd.

What do ramen noodles, mac n cheese, jelly, and spaghetti sauce have in common?  They’re the items most needed by the Hilliard Food Pantry.  Student Council is hosting a food drive the week of March 11 – 15.  Please bring in non-perishable food donations during lunches to be entered in a raffle for an $25 Amazon gift card.

Bring $1 to buy a brownie from the Life Skills Brownie Sale this Friday, March 15th, during lunch periods.

The Service Academy Coordinators invite you to attend an informational seminar on the nomination process for the United States Service Academies.  This will be held on March 21st from 6 p.m.to 8:00 p.m. at St. Charles Preparatory School.  Representatives from the academies will provide information and will be there to answer questions. Stop in the Guidance Office for additional information.  You must RSVP for this event.

Environmental Club will be meeting after school on Friday, March 15, in room 216. We will be working on our project working with younger students.

The Davidson Trivia Team travels to Thomas Worthington for the Northeast Ohio League Final Tournament this Thursday. We will be back to regular meetings next week, but wish the team luck as we take on top schools this Thursday!

Your Wildcat Baseball program is looking for help in operating the scoreboard and music during baseball games for the upcoming spring season. If you would be interested, please contact Coach Swallie.
