Today is World Mental Health Day. Twenty percent of teens who are ages 13-18 experience a significant mental illness and less than half get the help that they need. These statistics demand a bold response. If you are struggling or know someone who is, reach out and talk to a trusted adult, counselor, or Hope Squad member to get help. Be an advocate and help break the stigma of mental health!
