CLUBS:

The next Key Club meeting is December 6 after school in room 202. Please remember to follow us in our Canvas Page, and on Instagram to see opportunities for volunteering!  We had a great time making cards for Nationwide Children’s Hospital and doing a local cleanup. On December 5th we will be helping students make gingerbread houses– Join us by signing up online!

Today is the final day to sign up for the Bradley Bus for ski club. If you wanted to order a shirt – that money must be to Mrs. Traucht in room 121 by the end of the day.

Student Council is selling holiday-themed Davidson crewnecks at lunch starting Thursday 12/2. Shirts are limited, so bring $20 CASH to purchase yours as soon as possible!

Board Game club will meet Friday December 3rd after school in room 228. Show up, even if it is your first time. You are welcome to bring your own games.

Attention new and old members of NHS, there is a mandatory general membership meeting in the PAC Friday, Dec. 3 at 7 A.M.

Interested in a treat that is sweet but twisted? Renaissance will be selling candy canes during all lunch periods starting Monday, December 6 through Friday, December 10. There will be different varieties of candy canes for 50 cents each, or 3 for 1 dollar. Come buy some for you, your friends, or teachers and help support your fellow Wildcats!

Don’t miss the next drama club meeting on Tuesday after school in room 70. See Mr. Crawford with any questions!

GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS: 

Attention sophomores and juniors! If you are an independent, curious, outstanding student and have a strong interest in research and a career related to zoos, animals, or science, then explore the very unique program that meets daily at the Columbus Zoo & Aquarium. For more information about zoo school through the Delaware Area Career Center or to get the application information, see Mrs. Polley in the School Counseling Office.

Seniors: This is the LAST week to turn in your senior picture. Pictures are due for submission by this Friday, December 3rd. The link to submit is available on Davidson’s website on as well as on the Senior Canvas page.

Tim Hortons on Lyman Drive in Hilliard is hiring for evenings and weekends. They offer very flexible scheduling and no late nights. For more information, see the job board by the School Counseling Office.

The Life Skills Class will be selling brownies this Friday, December 3rd. Bring 50 cents to purchase a brownie during lunch.

Students, let’s have some fun and spread some cheer and kindness next week with WINTER HOPE WEEK! Monday kicks off Hope Week with everyone wearing their cozy winter or holiday themed pajamas to school! Seniors: There is a scholarship available from Dot’s Tots Foundation. Please see Naviance for the application and details. This scholarship is specifically to provide support to families providing foster care, children with debilitating disease, injury, and/or illness, and students in their higher educational pursuits. Deadline to apply is 12/28/21.

Tomorrow is the last day of our food drive. Bring that food in to put your third period class over the top. Maybe it is going to go to the math department this year that wins it all. Hey Wildcats, lets finish up strong.

Savannah College of Art and Design will be visiting tomorrow, 3rd period. If you are interested please sign up in the Guidance Office.
