CLUBS

Attention students interested in Faith club this year: there will be an organizational meeting in room 234 on Thursday September 13 at 7am. Help us get ready for a great year!

Board Game Fun
Come learn to play some table top board games. This group costs $5 for the year. The first meeting is Tuesday, September 18th from 2:45 to 4:45 in the Commons. Sign-up sheets and $5 can be turned into the attendance office ASAP for the first event. Any questions, see Mr. Kuch or Mr. George.

Want to help decorate the school for this week’s Black Out? Cat’s Crew will meet tomorrow,  Thursday after school in the commons until 3:30. All are welcome!

GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:

 If you have purchased a parking pass online, remember to pick it up in the main office. Your permit should be displayed in your front windshield. All students driving a car should have your permit by this Friday. Reminder – only park in the student lot. No parking in the staff or visitor lots.

Attention all students:
Reminder that you have 3 days to clear any unexcused absences from school. After 3 days the absence will remain unexcused. Please check home access and school email daily to ensure absences are being communicated.

PULP Smoothie will be here today during your lunch period.
Take your pick between strawberry banana or mango tango for $4.00.

Attention seniors: Case Western Reserve University is currently accepting student applications for their Diversity Overnight, Nov. 11 and 12. Applications are due Monday, Oct. 1.

Diversity Overnight is designed for smart and curious high school seniors from diverse backgrounds, to give them an in-depth look at the opportunities available to our students. See your Guidance Counselor with any questions.

Juniors and seniors – you can sign up in Naviance for the upcoming college visits. Scheduled through September we have Ashland, Miami, Lake Erie College, Tiffin, Cleveland Institute of Art, Youngstown State, Walsh, Ohio Dominican, University of Mount Union, Hiram, Wright State, Ohio Northern, Heidelberg, Wittenberg and Wooster. Colleges are scheduling daily, so be sure to check on Naviance.

Do you want to travel to Spain and Portugal Spring Break 2020? Come with a parent to the informational meeting Sept 12 at 6:30 p.m. in room 202. See your Spanish teacher or Srta Urbanek in room 206 for details. You do not have to currently be in Spanish to go on the trip!
