This weekend Davidson’s In the Know team competed in a Quiz Bowl tournament at New Albany High School coming in FIRST PLACE against 21 teams from across central Ohio. Congratulations, team!

This past Friday, the Davidson Mock Trial Team, the Al-litigators, competed in the regional competition at the Franklin County Court of Pleas Court. In the first trial, after a brilliant closing, Michael Herring took home the award for Outstanding Attorney, and Anna Fisher took home the award for Outstanding Witness. In the second trial, after an amazing performance, Claire Courter took home Outstanding Attorney, and for a second time, Anna Fisher won Outstanding Witness. Please give a huge congratulations to the Al-litigators for being one of three teams advancing to the State Competition from their region. They will be competing in the State Competition on March 12. Go Cats.

It’s Week 2 of Digital Wellness Month. This week’s focus is on digital citizenship – being responsible and honest in today’s digital world. Did you know sharing homework digitally is considered plagiarism? It is unethical and against our Academic Integrity policy found in the student handbook. The student handbook can be found under the Student tab of the Davidson website.


Any girl interested in playing soccer next fall should come to our informational meeting on February 18th at 6:30pm in the Commons! Go Cats!

Wildcat Baseball Players: Today there will be a mandatory meeting for boys interested in trying out for baseball. We will meet on Court 3 in the fieldhouse at 2:50 to discuss dates and times for tryouts. If you cannot attend, contact Coach Swallie. Go Cats!
