GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Carlos Santana is a Mexican-American guitarist, composer, singer and band-leader who rose to fame in the late 1960s and early 1970s with his band Santana, which pioneered a fusion of rock ‘n’ roll and Latin American jazz.  Carlos Santana was the first Hispanic Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee in 1998.

Don’t miss Davidson Theatre’s suspenseful and immersive production of Trap this Fri, Sat, & Sun. Over 200 people fall unconscious at a high school play. As the search for answers in this dangerous web continues, we discover there’s a lot more going on than it seems. You’ve never walked into anything quite like Trap. Tickets available at hilliarddavidsontheatre.com or at the door. Davidson Theatre wants to know: Can you keep a secret?

Any students interested in the military, we are hosting a “military information” event on Tuesday, October 12 at Davidson at 6:30pm. Each branch of the military will be present and there will be a “college fair” style event after the presentation so students/parents can ask questions and pick up information.

Attention Juniors! If you signed up for the PSAT on October 13th, you should have received a Canvas Message with testing details and your testing location from Mr. Assenheimer. If you think you are registered and did not receive a message, please contact Mr. Assenheimer ASAP.

SPORTS:

Attention any girl, grade 9-12, interested in playing basketball that is not currently involved in a fall sport – the girls basketball program will be holding open gym each Sunday at Davidson from 7-8:30 pm through October 17.
