The Davidson High School Electives Fair will be held during lunches on Tuesday, January 24th in the Main Gym! You will have the opportunity to meander through tables and explore your electives options for when you begin the scheduling process for next school year in the next few weeks. Please feel free to float into the Main Gym during your lunch that day to see what will be available to you as we look towards next school year. See your School Counselor for any questions you may have about the scheduling process.
Don’t miss Davidson’s fantastic Junior-Senior production of Radium Girls – the true story of the women in New Jersey exposed to high levels of radioactive material at work and their fight to hold the company that poisoned them accountable. Reminder: Yearbook applications for next school year are due by next Friday, January 27th. Applications are available on the sophomore and junior Canvas pages and in room 240.
The Davidson Senior Student Council is hosting a Blood Drive on January 26th at the main Gym, from 7:30 A.M. to 1 P.M. Minimum age to donate is 16. If you are 16 and want to donate blood, you have to have parental consent. There is a form your parents will need to sign a form that you need to get Mrs. Rader. There are signs hanging around the school to sign up or see any senior that is member of Student Council.
The Environmental Club is meeting Friday January 20 after school in room 216. Bring some friends along as we continue to crochet plastic bag mats, listen to music, and hang out with other members!
Mark your calendars NOW to join us for a Cross District Rivalry Basketball Game vs. Hilliard Bradley HS, this Friday, January 27. Both schools will be uniting to celebrate our Military Recognition Night during the varsity boys game at Bradley.
All are invited as both schools will be recognizing everyone who is currently serving, have served or will serve in the military, as well as support our efforts in pursuing a Purple Star School designation. ALL Military branches will be recognized this evening. Join us in this celebration and cheer on the Wildcats to a VICTORY! Go Cats!
IT’S GAMEDAY, Wildcats!! Tonight the boys basketball team begins their second round of conference play as they host Olentangy Orange. The freshman, JV, and varsity games are set to tip at 4:30pm, 6:00pm, and 7:30pm. The theme for the evening is RED OUT and we hope to see you there. Go CATS!
