Busses will run at their normal times, and there will be a limited grab and go breakfast and lunch menu.
Remote Learning for All Students Not Taking SAT or PSAT on October 14

AP Testing Information
If your student is enrolled in an Advanced Placement (AP) course this year, you should be receiving a letter regarding AP Test registration procedures. Please register via MyPaymentsPlus. The registration window is open until October 30th. Each exam is $95. Students who receive free/reduced lunch may test for free but must still register in MyPaymentsPlus. Click here for the AP Exam calendar.
If you bought a 2019-2020 Hilliard Darby yearbook, please keep in mind that COVID precautions and hybrid scheduling strongly influenced our plan for distribution. We appreciate your patience.
For students attending school IN the building ONLY, Yearbook Distribution Day will happen on Monday, October 12 Group A and Tuesday, October 13 Group B during lunch periods. After lunches, the books will be relocated, but will remain in the building until claimed, so do not worry if your student is absent that day.
Please help us out by reminding your student that there is a yearbook for them to pick up. Yes, they may also pick up yearbooks for graduates or friends outside the building at that time.
Graduates, current students outside the building, or students who have moved are welcome to stop by to pick up the yearbook on Wednesday, October 14 until 6 p.m. This is parent/teacher conference night. While those conferences will be held on Zoom only, staff will be in the main office to help you get your yearbook until 6 p.m. This is our only planned late-night pick up time.
Other ways to get your yearbook if you are outside the building:
• Make arrangements with a current student or staff member and ask them to pick up a yearbook for you during our lunch distribution.
• Friend, relative, neighbor, we don’t care who picks up the yearbook for you.
• HCSD employees, I can send your book through interschool mail if needed. Let me know.
Whatever the case, please plan on claiming your book as soon as possible; our storage capacity is limited.
Extra 2019-2020 yearbooks will be available for purchase during the lunch handouts and pick up times. We have. limited number of extra books; they are first come, first served. Extra books are $80 each: checks to Hilliard Darby Yearbook or cash.

Virtual College Visits
We have opportunities for virtual college visits since the college reps are not currently coming to visit our school in-person.
Below are instructions to register! These can also be found in the College Enews email that Mr. Woodford sends out weekly to parents. This is copied and pasted from his email:
Many college representatives are not traveling this fall, however Hilliard will host virtual visits with over 100 colleges throughout the next few months. Below are the instructions for students to sign up. This is open to all three high schools in Hilliard. I had to create an account for one school so that is why you will see “Davidson” as the host school.
