Technology Protection Plan
You can now enroll and take advantage of our district’s Technology Protection Plan (TPP) that can help protect you and your student from costly repairs to their iPad due to unforeseen damage. For only $25 per year, this agreement covers the iPad loaned to the student for the 2021-2022 school year against incidental damage or loss over $50. Accessories (charger and case) and damages valued at less than $50 are NOT covered and are the sole responsibility of the student. Coverage is 24 hours per day. The Technology Protection Plan will only cover two incidents per school year. NEGLECT IS NOT COVERED. The TPP is available to all students in grades K-12 during the 2021-2022 school year.

Jennifer Miller – Athletic Secretary:
Chris Ludban – Athletic Director:
Jay Smith – Assistant Athletic Director:

Be sure to check out the Hilliard Darby Athletic Department Website for important information throughout the year. Coaches information, schedules, rosters, important documents, and any other athletic information that you may need is listed on our website. If you need access to our Athletic Handbook please click here: 2021-22 Athletic Handbook .

We will once again use Final Forms for our student-athlete managing system. Final forms will house all student data for athletic purposes, (i.e. physicals, forms, pay to play, and eligibility.) We need all parents to follow the directions of Final Forms Instructions to create an account. Scroll to Registration and then you will see 3 links, please choose accordingly.

Just a reminder that all athletes are required to have a current physical PRIOR to the first practice!  Students will not be permitted to practice if they don’t have a current physical already on file or in their possession at the first practice. Physicals are good for one year from the exam date.  Completed physical forms can uploaded to your Final Forms account. You can download a copy of your physical in Final Forms and print the physical to take to your doctor to sign.

Athletic participation fees ($100 for high school & $80 for middle school) are due prior to the first regular-season game.  These fees can be paid online, after August 1st, via, with cash or check in the Athletic Office, or at Darby Days.  Coaches are not permitted to accept these payments.  Students who qualify for free lunch status will have their participation fee waived.

Tickets to all athletic contests this year will all be electronic. There will be no cash sales at the events or presale. Persons wanting to purchase a ticket can do so through our box office:   Hilliard Darby/Hilliard Heritage Box Office. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting an All-Sport Season Pass. This pass is good for all home events at Darby and Heritage for the 21-22 school year. All tickets this season are $7.00 + service fees for H.S. events and $5.00 + service fees for M.S. events. There are also instructions in the box office for further ticket sale information.
