Home Access Updates
Make sure to keep your contact information updated on Home Access! Should we need to contact you in an emergency, this is our source of your information. It’s also very important to make sure your current email address is on Home Access to ensure you receive our weekly emails.
Be in the know!
The best way to know what is happening at Darby is to make sure your email address is correct on Home Access and to follow our Twitter account @hilliard_darby. The Darby website also is updated regularly with important news and information.
Building events and activities can be found on our building calendar.
Flyers can be found on our Flyers Connections page.
At the high school level, there is no set list of school supplies. Supply needs vary depending on what courses a student is taking. Teachers will provide a list to students once school starts. Most students just need some basic supplies (paper, notebook, pen/pencil) to get started.
Once again, there will be no course fees for this school year.
Participation fees ($100) will still apply for marching band, color guard and athletics.
A Parking Pass is available for $36 for the full year. Passes are prorated throughout the year. Renaissance discounts have been discontinued.
2nd Grading Period = $27
3rd Grading Period = $18
4th Grading Period = $9
After August 1st, all of these fees can be paid on www.MyPaymentsPlus.com or in-person with cash or check at Darby Days. If you pay for parking online, you must bring the receipt when you pickup your pass in the main office.
Free Lunch Applications
Free lunch applications can be done online this year! Paper copies will also be accepted.
Technology Protection Plan
We strongly encourage you to enroll your student’s device in the Technology Protection Plan!
Coverage lasts for the current school year and is renewable each subsequent school year.

2019 Fall Sports Parent Meeting
Wednesday, July 24th, 6:00 pm
Darby Performing Arts Center
Parents of any interested Athlete grades 7-12 wishing to participate in a Fall sport should be in attendance. Athletes are welcome to attend.
The athletic department is transitioning our student athletic data management to Final Forms. Our goal is to improve our service and communication regarding student data, (i.e. physicals, forms, pay to play, and eligibility.) We need all parents to follow the directions of Final Forms Instructions to create an account. There will be follow-up information regarding the rest of the process at the parent meeting on Wednesday, July 24th. We are excited to partner with Final Forms.
Just a reminder that all athletes are required to have a current physical PRIOR to the first practice! Students will not be permitted to practice if they don’t have a current physical already on file or in their possession at the first practice. Physicals are good for one year from the exam date. Completed physical forms can be turned in at the Darby Athletic of Main office anytime over the summer. Please be sure to keep a copy for yourself as a backup.
Athletic participation fees ($100 for high school) are due prior to the first regular-season game. These fees can be paid online, after August 1st, via www.mypaymentsplus.com or with cash or check in the Athletic Office or at Darby Days. Coaches are not permitted to accept these payments. Students who qualify for free lunch status will have their participation fee waived. Students who qualify for reduced lunch will have ½ their participation fee waived.
Be sure to sign off on all athletic forms via Home Access. If you need paper copies of these forms, they are available in the Athletic Office.
Regular season game pricing for varsity events is $7 for adults and $5 for students.
Senior Citizens passes are available for $1. Must be age 62+. These passes never expire! We love it when grandparents attend our events!
Reminder, we do not accept credit cards at events.
2019-20 Yearbooks can be ordered online after August 5th at www.jostens.com. Order early for the best pricing!
