THE 2017-2018 YEARBOOK HAS ARRIVED!

 

We are excited to announce that the 2017-2018 yearbook is here!

 

Current Bradley Students:  Distribution days will be September 4, 5, 6 (Tuesday – Thursday).  Please pick up your book at the yearbook tables in the commons during your lunch period.

 

Bradley Graduates:  Your books will be available for pickup in the school’s main office beginning on Tuesday, September 4.  Another person may pick up your book for you, but he/she must sign for it.

 

Tolles Students:  Your books will be available for pickup in the school’s main office beginning on Tuesday, September 4.  Another person may pick up your book for you, but he/she must sign for it.

 

Did you forget to order last year’s yearbook?

Have no worries!  If you forgot to order your 2017-2018 yearbook, just get on our waitlist.  We typically have extra yearbooks, and we would be happy to reserve one for you.  Just go to the yearbook website at http://is.gd/hbyearbook to get on the wait list.

 

Not sure if you ordered last year’s yearbook?

Just check the list that is linked on the yearbook website!  If your name is on the list, you ordered a 2017-2018 yearbook, and you will be able to pick it up during distribution days this fall (likely in mid- to late September).  If your name is not on the list, get on the waitlist now by going to the yearbook website.

Hey, Jaguars! Are you interested in attending the first ever Bradley Leadership Retreat?!

 

When: Saturday, November 17th – Sunday, November 18th

Where: YMCA Camp Willson in Bellefontaine, Ohio

Why: To learn how to build upon your leadership skills – Confidence, Creativity, Courage, Communication, Collaboration

HOW TO APPLY: Visit the “Leadership Retreat” module in your Class of 2019, 2020, or 2021 Canvas page and fill out an application!

KEYCARDS ARE IN.  STOP BY THE MAIN OFFICE TO PICK YOURS UP.  THIS IS ONLY FOR STUDENTS WHO DRIVE.

 

If your parent paid for parking (or enter your car info online if you have a white card), please stop in to see Mrs. Kaufman in the Main Office for your tag.

 

If you are driving to school, you will need to purchase a parking tag.  $36, $18 for Blue Renaissance cardholders, Free for White Renaissance cardholders.

 

We have a new attendance email, HBRAttendance@hboe.org, please use this for Attendance Purposes (absences, early dismissals, attendance questions).  This email is monitored at all times by multiple people.  If you still need to reach Jenifer Ziessler for non-attendance related issues, her email is Jenifer_ziessler@hboe.org.

Student Panel for Intramural Sports

 

Are you interested in intramural sports? Mr. Gmerek is looking for a panel of 10 students for intramural sports. The role of these students would be to help determine what sports to offer, create rules and guidelines for the sports, and to help promote and recruit students for intramural sports. If you are interested in joining this committee, please stop by room B252 and see Mr. Gmerek!

 

CLUBS

 

Interact Club Meeting: Thursday, September 6, at 2:45 PM, in C285.  This is a service club that participates in activities that benefit our schools, community and world.  Come to our first meeting to learn more about the club and pick up a membership form (also available at B271).

 

Do you enjoy trying different types of arts and crafts? Then DAB (Design Advisory Board) club is for you!

Please join us for our first meeting in SC240, at 2:45, on September 7th.

We will be decorating our jaguar for Homecoming!

Jags Of Clay

 

Attention any student interested in joining Bradley’s Clay Club.  All are welcome and you don’t need to be in a ceramics class to join.  Learn about clay and throwing on the wheel and make some new friends.  We will have our first meeting on September 10, after school, in room C105.  Hope to see many of you there.

ATHLETICS

 

Friday, August 31

 

Football – the Varsity Football team will travel to Ashland University to take on Stow-Munroe Falls High School.  Kick-off is scheduled for 7:00.

 

 

Saturday, September 1

 

Football – The JV Football team will travel to Bishop Hartley.  Kick off is scheduled for 10:00

 

Girls Cross Country – The Girls Cross Country team will travel to Westerville North for an invitational.

 

Boys Cross Country – The Boys Cross Country team will travel to Hilliard Davidson for an invitational.

 

Girls Soccer – The Girls Soccer teams will travel to Beavercreek.  JVB is scheduled to begin at 12:00, followed by the JV at 1:30, and then the Varsity at 3:30.

 

 

Announcements

 

Football – Pre-Sale tickets for this Friday, August 31st game with Stow-Munroe at Ashland University will be on sale in the athletic office today from 9-1.  Adults are $7.00 and Students are $5.00.  Get your tickets early to avoid long lines at the gates!!  Go Jags!

 

Student Spirit Bus – Friday, August 31 – Come join your fellow classmates on a fun trip up to Ashland University to cheer on your Varsity Football Jags!!!  Pick up your permission slip in the athletic office and return completed with $5.00 for your ticket as soon as possible.  Seats are limited – get yours today!!!  Go Jags!!
