Beloved Alton Darby Custodian John Will, takes his time off to come in and tell stories to the 3-5 grade students. He helps give them great ideas for writing their own narratives. He uses great details and descriptions. His stories are in sequential order and keeps students engaged. Teachers are able to reference his stories to help guide students. This directly impacts the academic standards for writing narratives for these students. It helps them develop real or imaginary experiences using effective technique, details and clever event sequences.
Getting students Ready for Tomorrow takes a team here in Hilliard, and everyone steps up to play a role.
